      25th Annual Clergy Convocation

      Join the Pennsylvania Southeast and Penn Northeast Conferences for a time of collegiality, spiritual renewal and education for authorized ministries and members in discernment...the 25th Clergy Convocation! Rev. Dr. Sarah Lund, author of "Blessed are the crazy", will facilitate Convocation.  This year's theme:  "Breaking the Silence About Mental Illness, Family and Church"! Rev. Dr. Sarah Lund (host pastor) is Senior Pastor of First Congregational UCC of Indianapolis and serves on the UCC National Staff as the Minister for Disabilities and Mental Health Justice. She is an ordained minister with standing in the United Church of Christ and the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and has served as pastor to churches in Brooklyn, NY, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and New Smyrna Beach, Florida. She previously served as Regional Minister for the Florida Conference of the UCC and as Vice President for Advancement at Christian Theological Seminary. Sarah’s formal education includes degrees from Trinity University (B.A.), Princeton Theological Seminary (M.Div.), Rutgers University (M.S.W.), McCormick Theological Seminary (D.Min.) and the certificate in Fundraising Management from the IUPUI School of Fundraising. She is the Open and Affirming Consultant for the Indiana-Kentucky Conference. Sarah is the author of Blessed are the Crazy: Breaking the Silence About Mental Illness, Family and Church and blogs at sarahgriffithlund.com. She is married to Jonathan Lund and they are the proud parents of their elementary age son, Carter. Fia, a boxer/poodle mix, is also a beloved member of their family.
