The Pharmacy recently made the move to the downtown area and offers members the ability to create and develop in the growing downtown art scene. 205 S 5th St  - Brown, Hay & and Stephens: This project is a total makeover of the 9th and 10th floors of thehistoric US Bank Building.   The oldest law firm in Illinois, Brown, Hay + Stephens, worked with Larry Quenette AIA, Resource One and agileresource to totally redesign their space.   agileResource selected the flooring and bathroom finishes, solar shades, paint and wood finishes to create a cohesive understated design. The end result is a timeless combination of DIRTT offsite manufactured interior construction and Knoll furniture.   From artwork to area rugs to custom reception desk to a spectacular board room, this was a labor of love over the past three years. The remarks from the staff at Brown, Hay + Stephens say it best: What a beautiful environment we have to work in each day! 300 East Madison St - The Villas Downtown Springfield: The Villas Downtown Springfield is one of the newest additions to the Springfield residential landscape. Located on East Madison, The Villas provide residents with a fresh perspective of downtown living. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour one of the modern spaces offered by The Villas. 501 E. Capitol Ave - Centre @ 501: The Centre @ 501 offers the historical look with modern conveniences for its residents and commercial tenants. You’ll love the custom renovations offered within the 25 residential apartments, ranging from 780 to 1,480 square feet. The apartment’s floor plans range from one bedroom – one bath and two bedroom– one bath. The Centre @ 501 will also be the future home of the Springfield Chamber of Commerce. Attendees will be able to view the mixed-use space right in the “Centre of it all” in downtown Springfield.   Rick Lawerence Project - On the corner of 6th & Monroe: An exciting downtown Springfield historical restoration project of a longstanding vacant building.   Attendees will get the chance to check back into this project and explore the progress. 312 E Adams St: The 312 E. Adams St. property was donated to the Downtown Springfield Heritage Foundation late last year by the previous owner, developer Gerry Hughes. The building is one chunk of what is essentially a block-long building on Adams Street between Third and Fourth streets.  The parcel includes street-level commercial space below two floors that have previously served as apartments. The property is currently a raw space giving the attendee the chance to imagine the potential of this space.
