Back from D.C.: Jesse Panuccio on Regulatory & Litigation Reform in the DOJ

Jesse Panuccio, one of Florida's favorite sons, returns to the West Palm Beach area fresh off his two-plus years serving our nation in Washington, D.C., as the Acting Associate Attorney General for the United States. This position is the third highest ranking official at the Department of Justice, and in that role Mr. Panuccio managed virtually all non-criminal matters for the DOJ. Please join us as we welcome him back to Florida at Palm Beach Atlantic University in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. We'll enjoy some food and drink together, and then Mr. Panuccio will share with the audience about the litigation and regulatory reforms the administration instituted during his time at DOJ, why those changes were made, and how Congress fits into that picture. His presentation fits neatly within, and is jointly sponsored by, the Federalist Society's Regulatory Transparency Project and Article I Initiative. We are grateful to both of those important Federalist Society programs for helping make this event happen.
