She is a Wilton Certified Instructor and will teach and guide you as you pipe classic buttercream decorating techniques to create modern and traditional cake designs.ᗯᕼᗩT YOᑌ ᗯIᒪᒪ ᒪEᗩᖇᑎ...Wilton Course #1 – Building Buttercream Skills is your starting point and will cover topics such as fundamentals in baking a cake, making buttercream icing using the Wilton method and using a decorating bag. From there you will use a variety of decorating tips to make stars, borders, flowers and pipe messages. Learn how to cut and fill your cake, cover it in buttercream and create straight edges.ᑕᒪᗩᔕᔕ ᗪETᗩIᒪᔕ...This class is 4 sessions which meet once a week for 2 hours. The dates for this course are Feb. 15th, 22nd, 29th and March 7th. The cost of this class is $45, due upon registration and covers all 4 sessions.
