      Small Business Funding Marketplace

      The Small Business Funding Marketplace (SBFM) brings lenders, small business owners, funding experts, governmental representatives, and advocacy organizations together in a practical workshop intended to educate, inform, and make funding contacts to get the money you need. Business owners will network directly with lenders. The information and intelligence for business owners and those wanting to start a business will help attendees understand the funding process. Activities include presentations, workshops, one-on-one lending consultations and questions and answer sessions. Financing topics covered include accounts receivable financing, alternative loans, bank loans, credit cards, crowd funding, equity funding, grants, investors, lines of credit, Small Business Administration (SBA) guaranteed loans, and term loans. The SBFM event encompasses an engaging mistress of ceremony, a stirring keynote speaker, informative presentations by the SBA, experts on conventional funding, non-conventional funding, and business credit. Funding sources, and resources will exhibit their services and one-on-one consultation sessions will be conducted. A continental breakfast, light lunch, and refreshments are included. The venue for the rewarding SBFM is the conveniently located Ventura County Community Foundation, Nonprofit Center Board and Community Room, 4001 Mission Oaks Blvd., Camarillo, CA 93012.
