You've been to conferences before and left wishing there were more opportunites to engage in the conversation, to ask questions, or share what you're excited to bring back to your organization. Empowering. As a high performer, you know that your success is directly tied to your ability to help others be successful. You'll learn: What's keeping your team from sharing critical information with you or your managers. How to win the respect and trust of even your toughest critics/staff. Employee engagement is a leader's priority. A growing body of evidence suggests many of today's organizations are run by people who aren't good leaders, leading to disengaged employees, mediocre performance, and high levels of attrition. Gallup® research from 2015 supports that low employee engagement across all business sectors is costing upwards of $500 billion annually in productivity losses. It's time to raise the standard. What others have said about previous Elevate events: The speakers were all intriguing, the acoustics were great, and I was pumped after the event closed! I also loved that they were each relatively short, enough time to get to know them, but kept them to their point. At other conferences I've been too I think they can get long. The speakers were great. Personable. Easy to understand. Relevant stories. I really enjoyed the customer service topics for business and investing in others for coaching. Well done, thanks very much! Great job! Looking forward to more! FAQs What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Parking is available in the 4th Avenue Parking Ramp with covered access to the library skywalk in the event of inclement weather. Metered street parking is also available around the Library. The South Lot is limited to 2 hours - please do not park for Elevate in the south parking area. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? You may contact James Mayhew by email:    What's the refund policy? You may refund up to one day before the event. Please log into your Eventbrite account to do so.   Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? Nope! But it may be wise to flag your email confirmation.   Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? You may give your ticket to someone else but please handle any payment/reimbursement between you and that individual outside of the Eventbrite ticketing system.   Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends? Have an alias?! LOL. No worries, we know tickets are sometimes given away because the original owner couldn't make it. We'll still let you in.
