Imperfection, Vulnerability, & Authenticity: A Daring Way Workshop based on Brené Brown’s Guideposts for Wholehearted Living

Join me for an incredible day-long workshop based on the groundbreaking work of Dr. Brené Brown. This workshop will introduce you to the ways in which imperfection, vulnerability, and authenticity can allow you to live a more wholehearted and connected life. We will cover a variety of content based on Brené's work, and engage in a number of activities to provide you with skills to live and love more fully. In addition to me presenting content, we will view a number of exclusive videos featuring Brené teaching her work on vulnerability, shame, and authenticity. Together, we will practice courage, vulnerability, compassion, and shame-resilience to guide us to connection and wholehearted living. There is ample, free parking at the venue. Lunch is included in your registration costs and will be provided by Main Squeeze. This workshop is presented by Dr. Meghan Davidson, a Licensed Psychologist, Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, and Certified Yoga Teacher. Having provided counseling and therapy to individuals, couples, and groups for 20 years, Meghan has honed her expertise in the areas of trauma, relationships, grief, women's health, body image, vulnerability, authenticity, and self-compassion. She has trained with Dr. Brené Brown and has developed expertise in trauma-informed yoga. Meghan earned her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2005, and is a professor at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and owner of Love Warrior Healing. Bridging the domains of psychology and yoga, Meghan works with her clients in a holistic manner, utilizing aspects of mind, body, and spirit to assist individuals to enhance their emotional, psychological, and physical health so that they may live their best life. Please note, Dr. Brené Brown will NOT be in attendance at this workshop. Early Bird - Adult - $179.00 Adult - $199.00
