      Concord's Ultimate End of Summer Yard Sale 2019 - Yard Seller Space

      Welcome to Concord's Ultimate End of Summer Sale 2019.   Over a 1,800 shoppers attended last Spring's event providing the perfect opportunity to sell your household items, trinckets, collectibles and even antiques.  Each 10 x 10 space is $40.  Limited Space is available to Direct Sellers at $60 for a 10 x 10 space.  This is a Yard Sale Event.  Direct Sellers include Paparazzi, Lularue, Tupperware, Pampered Chef, Color Street, Thirty-One, May Kay, Posh, Scentsy, etc.  You can message us on Facebook to see if your line is open. No more than one in each event.   This is an indoor Yard Sale Event at the Everett Arena in Concord.  Set up is Friday, August 30th from 12noon-7:00pm and Saturday, March 23rd from 7am - 8:15am. THE YARD SALE WILL OPEN FOR EARLY BIRDS AT 8:30AM.  Tables are not provided.  No Electricity provided.  No weapons of any kind (guns, knives, bows) are allowed to be sold.  No Toy Guns alowed.  No refunds at anytime.  Restrooms, Handicap Parking, Food and Drinks and an ATM are available. ULTIMATE YARD SALE - FAQ 1.) How much does it cost to sell my odds and ends at the yard sale? Sellers of regular Household items (dishes, pots, pans, knick knacks, furniture, clothing, toys, etc.).  The price per each 10 x 10 space is $40 A limited number of spaces will be available for Direct Sellers. The event is a yard sale. A limited number of 10 x 10 spaces will be available to direct sellers at $60. Retail businesses?  If you operate a retail business with store location there are a limited number of commercial business spaces. Your welcome to setup on Friday between Noon and 7PM and Saturday morning between 7am and 8:15am. Spaces are first come first served. Double booth spaces are on the entrance aisles. If you do not arrive to set up by 8:15am on Saturday you will forfeit your right to sell and your registration fee. THE YARD SALE WILL OPEN FOR EARLY BIRDS AT 8:30AM. 5.) Will there be food and drinks for sale at the Yard Sale?  Yes. 6.) Will there be restrooms? Yes. 7.) Will there be handicap parking?  Yes. 8.) What does it cost to enter the yard sale as a customer? Adult Admission is $5. VIP Early Bird Admission will be available on Eventbrite for $8. 9.) Will there be emergency services available? Yes. 10.) Where does the registration fee to sell at the yard sale go to? To cover the expenses and marketing of the yard sale. 11.) How many people attend the yard sale as customers? 1800 buyers last spring over a 5 hour period. 12.) Are we allowed to have our vehicles at our selling space while selling our stuff? Not applicable for this event. 13.) Can I use an e-z up tent? Yes. As long as it fits within your 10 x 10 reserved area. 14.) What if it rains on Saturday? Event is indoors. No problem. 15.) Can I pay my registration fee by credit card? Yes and quickest way to guarnetee your space. 16.) If I’m sending in my fee by check or money order where do I send it? No. Only licensed vendors that that are approved through the Ultimate Yard Sale can sell prepackaged foods.
