      Poet Kimberly Burwick, alongside poet-naturalist Elizabeth Bradfield, join together to present Kimberly’s 5th book of poems, “Brightword,” a stunning lyric meditation forged under the threat of child-loss. We will also celebrate Bradfield’s fourth collection, “Antarctica,” which documents and queries her work as a guide on ships in Antarctica, offering an incisive insider’s vision that challenges traditional tropes of The Last Continent. Inspired by haibun, a stylistic form of Japanese travel poetry invented in the 17th-century.
