      Fall 2019 Indiana MAA Section Meeting

      The Fall 2019 Section Meeting of the Indiana MAA will take place Saturday, October 26th at Wabash College in Crawfordsville, IN.  For complete up-to-date information about this meeting, visit the Indiana MAA's website.   Registration Information Regular registration rates apply to everyone EXCEPT students (high school, undergraduate, and graduate), high school teachers, retired and unemployed participants, and non-mathematician guests.  Regular registration is $25 until October 4, 2019 and is $30 after October 4, 2019.       Students (high school, undergraduate, and graduate), high school teachers, retired and unemployed participants, and non-mathematician guests receive free registration for the conference.  You can order lunch for the Saturday of the conference for an additional $13 until Friday, October 18, 2019. Lunch will be a sandwich buffet; you will be given the opportunity to list any dietary restrictions before completing your order.   You may buy multiple tickets and register a group of people.  The next EventBrite page will ask for information on each attendee. This will ease the registration process at the meeting.  Some of the demographic questions are optional and requested by the national MAA to gather statistics on meeting attendance. EventBrite (not the IN-MAA) charges a fee per ticket sold.  You are urged to purchase your tickets in such a way as to minimize the amount of the fee you are charged by EventBrite.  If you do not want to pay by credit card, but instead you wish to pay by check and/or register by mail, you can download the registration form from http://www.maa.org/indiana/ and mail it to the Indiana Section Secretary (address is on the form). This form must be received by Friday, October 4, 2019 in order to be eligible for the regular registration rate and lunch tickets. Refund Policy: A registrant who will be unable to attend the meeting can receive a refund of all but $5 of the registration fee by making a request to the Secretary before the start of the meeting. If a registrant informs the Secretary that a prepaid meal ticket will not be used, then that ticket will be made available for purchase during the meeting. If the ticket is purchased, that money will be refunded.
