      Leading Through Vulnerability

We invite you to participate in an engaging, honest, and poignant workshop facilitated by Dr. Olaf Kuhlke and Kurt Ramler, ME that evaluates what it means to "lead through vulnerability", and face stress and adversity in a changing work environment. Cuttin edge research has shown that showing vulnerability decreases stress, increases trust in interpersonal relationships and improves workplace culture.  In this workshop, we will define what strong (male) leadership is and means to you how to be vulnerable and effective at the same time, and how to inspire your company and employees to embrace vulnerability as an essential workplace strategy. Anyone is welcome to attend, but the session is focused more on individuals that identify as male entrepreneurs, employees, organizational managers or leaders. As part of this workshop you will receive a comprehensive guide to leading though vulnerability, including readings and daily/weekly resiliency exercises. We will also offer opportunities to schedule follow-up consulting and progress monitoring.  This workshop is limited to 15 seats.
