      Mindfulness & MeditationThis four-week group is an opportunity for students to learn about mindfulness, practice different forms of meditation within the group, and apply meditation skills in their daily lives. Attendance is expected at all four sessions: Tuesday 10/22 Tuesday 10/29 Tuesday 11/5 Tuesday 11/12 Registration ends on Thurday, October 17 at 12 noon.
