      Berkshire FND Peer Support Group

      FND Hope UK Peer Support Group for those diagnosed with Functional Neurological Disorder, including families, friends and care partners.  Peer Support Peer support is the intended result of a structured bringing together of a group of people to share common difficulties and experiences associated with a particular problem, disorder, condition, illness or personal circumstances, such as Functional Neurological Disorder [FND]. People who attend Peer Support Group meetings, truly understand what it is like to live with FND and can share and exchange first-hand, their experiences and insight with other members who may be suffering with the same disorder or with similar symptoms and thus they may offer empathy, support, friendship or help to build confidence. Volunteer Peer Support Worker Your Peer Support Workers are Helen, Steve and Emma We are pleased to annouce that Dr Hannah Reville, from Royal Berkshire Hospital will also be attending to do a Mindfulness Session for 1 hour.  Refreshments Tea, Coffee will be provided   Tickets Tickets are limited to the first 20 people. Getting here There is a car park next to Langley Hall (don’t use the one before Holy Trinity Church.) If this car park should be full there is a Multi-storey car park opposite (Braccan Walk.) The main Bracknell bus and train station is also a 5 minute walk away.
