Lord and Lady Burton cordially invite you to their Halloween Party on 26th October 2019 at 7.30pm in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.Feel free to come for 7pm and make way for Lord Burton and his ‘friends’ entrance at Squab Hall Farm Conference Centre, Harbury Lane, Leamington Spa, CV33 9QB.It marks the success of ‘Poveglia Island’, Lord Burton’s latest novel. Halloween fancy dress is definitely encouraged and they’ll be a prize for the best imaginative Halloween costume. They say that Halloween is the only time spirits can return to earth. Feel free to get into character yourself. Perhaps you’re a friend of one of the characters, or maybe a journalist or detective. Bring your cameras, notepads and super sleuthing skills as they’ll be a murderer that needs sniffing out! You’ll enjoy a lovely freshly prepared home cooked two course meal and quality entertainment. This event has been specially adapted for the Hearing Dogs For The Deaf Charity with a character per table who will move round the tables in the room, gossipy waitresses and paper based clues. So if you’re dying to do something for Halloween come along and join in the fun. Our actors have a wide variety of experience and guarantee you a great evening of murder mystery entertainment. There will be an opportunity to talk to the actors as themselves at the end of the evening so please go along with our ‘characters’ and get into the ‘spirit’ of the evening! So Join us for an evening of glitz and glamour amongst mystery, suspense and murder in aid of Hearing Dogs for Deaf People that guarantees you’ll be dying to find the culprit by the end of the night. Please note that guests will be seated with other guests at large tables Tickets are limited and non-transferable or refundable and we are expecting the event to sell out, so we recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. If you are not successful but wish to go onto the call back list in case of anyone pulling out, or to be notified about future murder mystery events please get in touch – Vicky.ryan@hearingdogs.org.uk Menu: Drink on arrival*Chicken Korma with Basmati rice scattered with crispy onions OR Vegetables with Jaipuri spices garnished with coriander leaves. *Quick whipped cheesecake shots*Coffee and mints Please note that your selection will be required at the time of bookingPlease tell us of any dietary requirements when you are booking and subsequent options may vary from the menu advertised. NB – to ensure the event is accessible for all we will avoid group announcements and the characters will move around the tables for 1:1 conversation. Feel free to question them as much as you would like! We would like to say a massive thank you to Elizabeth Warner for writing this murder mystery and to Becky Evans of Squab Hall Farm for providing the venue both free of charge and to all of the actors and volunteers who are making this event happen!
