The Englert Theatre and Nolte Academy are proud to present a filmed production of The Nutcracker: 2020!

With the limitation of in-person theatre experiences, we have re-envisioned this time-honored story under the direction of Nolte Academy ballet director Sarah Barragán. This year’s three broadcasts will include performances by more than 100 dancers and extend the boundaries of the traditional ballet by incorporating tap and more fun surprises.

The classic Nutcracker tale has been filmed at recognizable locations throughout our community and still embraces the classic Nutcracker we have all grown to love.
