      EVENT DETAILS
Beacon Center of Tennessee Happy Hour and Over-caffeinated

If you are in the Knoxville area, join the Beacon team for our first ever local happy hour, featuring 2 hours of free drinks, live filming of our new variety show Over-Caffeinated with nationally renowned professor Glenn Reynolds, and a preview of our 2020 policy priorities.

This is the first event of its kind that the Beacon Center has done in the Knoxville area. In addition to free drinks and appetizers, Beacon supporters will have a chance to meet members of our team and get an exclusive look into our areas of work for the coming year.

We are beyond excited to host the first episode of our show Over-Caffeinated in front of an audience. Over-Caffeinated is our Facebook Live talk show that has featured Governor Bill Haslam and John Rich as guests, among others. While it is typically filmed in Nashville, we will be on-location in Knoxville for a special broadcast. Professor Glenn Reynolds, our guest for this episode, is the Beauchamp Brogan Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Tennessee College of Law, but you might be familiar with him due to his popular U.S. politics blog, Instapundit: https://pjmedia.com/instapundit/. Read more about Professor Reynolds here: https://law.utk.edu/directory/glenn-reynolds/.

Please join us for this special event in Knoxville! If you have any questions, e-mail taylor@beacontn.org.
