      Zwaanendael Museum self-guided tours

      The Zwaanendael Museum commemorates Delaware's first European colony, Swanendael, established by the Dutch in 1631. It serves as a showcase for Lewes-area maritime, military and social history. In keeping with Gov. Carney’s Phase II guidance for reopening the state in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic, the museum is open for 30-minute, self-guided tours by advance registration only. Thurs., Fri. and Sat. at 10 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. Sunday at 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Free admission. Call 302-645-1148 for reservations.
