      Winterfest

      Winterfest promises to be a wonderful addition to the holiday season. Entertainment, roasting chestnuts, caroling, tree lighting, ice carving demonstration and much more will fill this wonderful evening. This event is a joint effort between Newark Parks & Recreation Department and the University of DE. Delaware Special Olympics will be holding their Annual Reindeer Run in conjunction with Winterfest (www.sode.org)
