This workout may look easy, but will challenge anyone of any fitness level... since the intensity of the exercises is completely controlled by you!  "T&T" was created by Michelle Abbruzzese, former New England Patriots Cherleader, fitness competitor, and lifelong dancer.  This workout cannot be found anywhere other than Work It (unless you bought her video!) This workout is gentle on the joints, but will challenge your muscles to the point of fatigue. T&T is easy to follow as Michelle describes in detail the correct way to position your body for optimum impact. It is these verbal instructions that keep your body safe and prevent injury as you progress to heavier weights and push yourself towards a more challenging workout. WHAT TO EXPECTA warm up to get the muscles ready to work.Strength building and muscle lengthening exercises. You work the muscle groups to fatigue, then stretch them out. Exercise level: Anyone can do it! The intensity of this workout will be determined by the size of the weights and the strength of the bands you choose to use. After just a few weeks, your legs will look leaner, butt will look firmer, abs will become stronger, and shoulders, arms and chest become defined. (who doesn't want that for summer!) Strength training has been shown to boost metabolic rates and can continue to burn calories up to 30 minutes post-workout.
