      Each and every one of us has the capacity to experience an endless supply of mental peace and happiness. Unfortunately, we have long-standing bad habits of thinking that result in feeling unhappy and stressed much of the time. In this talk Gen Rigpa will explain how to gain power to free our self from these negative emotions and instead, tap into our natural capacity for happiness and joy.

      Join nationally renowned teacher and Western US Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition, Gen Rigpa, at Olympia for an extraordinary public talk.

      We are very happy to be welcoming Gen Rigpa to Olympia. Gen Rigpa’s heartfelt and practical teachings are presented with warmth and humor, making them accessible to everyone. He shows the joy of living a spiritual life, and is an inspiring example of Buddhism in practice. Through his clear presentation, he is able to help students discover for themselves how to integrate these timeless teachings into our modern world, making everyday life joyful and meaningful.
