      Want to know a little? Ask someone who knows a lot. Get basic questions answered by “checking out” a living, breathing computer whiz, nutritionist, fitness trainer, or homesteader/sustainability enthusiast. Sign up for a 15 minute slot with the person you’d like to talk to and be sure to bring your questions! Crysta Lawyer recieved her Bachelor’s degree in Community and Human Services in 2017. Since then she has attained her Personal Trainer Certification as well as YMCA Foundations of Group Exercise certification both through the American Council on Exercise. She now works for the Capital District YMCA where she is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor and Wellness Coach.  Crysta can help you with various components of fitness such as exercise prescriptions/instruction as well as goal setting as it relates to fitness. Allison Baldo has a Bachelor's in Dietetics where she minored in Health and Wellness from SUNY Oneonta.  She is currently employed at Delaware Opportunities, a non-for-profit agency that provides services for low-income families as a Nutritionist for the WIC Program.  She specializes in prenatal, Postpartum/Breastfeeding, Child and Infant nutrition. She can help discuss nutrition across the lifespan and different ways to make healthier food choices and become more active as well. Steve Hillis is a graduate of the Earthship Biotecture Academy out of Taos, New Mexico and SUNY Cobleskill Horticulture program as well as a US Army Veteran. He is currently in the beginning stages of taking his family out of conventional housing and looking to simplify life. Living closer to their food sources and using more renewable sources of energy while reusing and upcycling everything he possibly can.  Nathanial Roberts has worked in IT for over 15 years as a self-employed IT guy as well as employed by multiple service agencies as a subcontractor and Grey Global Group as a Network Administrator.  He is a certified PC and Mac technician and can answer any of your questions about Windows (PC), Mac, anything Chrome or Firefox (internet) related as well as smartphones and tablet devices.
