ROC City Bell Ringers Benefit Concert

ROC City Ringers are a popular Rochester community hand bell ensemble, formed in 2013, and directed by Jacqueline Anderson and Christina Lenti. The bell choir performs a wide range of classical, contemporary, and sacred music, and has presented concerts at the Rochester Finge Festival, many local libraries and other community venues. The ROC City Ringers play on five octaves of Schulmerich handbells and Malmark handchimes.

Join the Williamson-Pultneyville Historical Society (W-PHS) for this first-in-a-series of benefit concerts to support the preservation and structural remediation of Historic Gates Hall, the oldest active little community theatre venue in the United States in continuous operation. Built in 1825, Gates Hall is one of 23 remaining architecturally significant properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places in Pultneyville, and a pillar in the community.

You won’t want to miss this concert featuring the art of hand bell ringing and the celestial sound of bells resonating throughout this 194 year old building situated in the historic hamlet of Pultneyville, just 25 miles east of Rochester at 4107 Lake Road in the Town of Williamson, NY 14589. Doors will open at 3:30pm Seating on a first come, first served basis.
