Join us for this unique introduction to community acupuncture and take a moment for yourself over this Thanksgiving holiday weekend! Acupuncture is a form of medicine in which needles are inserted into the body at various locations to create a change. Community acupuncture is when acupuncture is performed in a group setting with a number of people in the same room, creating a sense of community as we gather, in a quiet space, paying attention to how we feel and what we are thinking. In addition, this style of acupuncture allows the acupuncturist to treat more people in a shorter period of time thereby also creating a structure that makes acupuncture more affordable, and in turn, more accessible to all.
