      Monday 16 Sept - Find Your Peace - 6 week course in Mindfulness Meditation Luci Trendle Yoga Studio, Amners Farm, between Burghfield and Theale, RG30 3UE 7.30-9.30pm Join BalanceTime for a six week course exploring mindfulness meditation and helping you to develop a practice to breathe away stress, reduce anxiety and give you greater control over your happiness. Meeting Monday evenings starting 16th September and ending 21st October. £75 for the full six weeks (or £15 drop in - subject to space)   Monday 16 September                 Breathe away stress Monday 23 September                  Meditations to help you sleep better Monday 30 September                 Release anger Monday 7 October                        Focus on your success mindset Monday 14 October                      Gentle Mindful Movement Monday 21 October                      Holiday for the Mind   7.30-9.30pm with tea and biscuits included Our evening meditation classes include: Breathing meditation techniques for calm, stress reduction and to help overcome sleeping problems. Contemplation meditations – to help you find calm in the middle of a hectic day. Posture and movement – exploring how different postures can be used to achieve different outcomes. (Some postures are great for energising you – others for help sleeping). Sound and silence – an exploration of the role of sound and silence in helping you to meditate. Using positive words, phrases and affirmations to trigger the things you want to attract into your life. Guided meditation to help you induce feelings of happiness, calm and relaxation. Who are the courses for? Suitable for those who are new to meditation as well as helping those with some mindfulness or meditation experience deepen their understanding and knowledge and cement a regular practice.   Individual learning within a small group setting: Our group size is limited to a maximum of twenty people to help you to ensure you have your own individual meditation experience. Our Amners Farm classes are open – so you can choose to follow a full course or just book on one or two classes/dates that work for you.   Extra value for course participants: If you join a course as well as enjoying a weekly discount and the added learning from the tips and resources sent to you each week, you also can enjoy 20% OFF all BalanceTime retreats and special meditation experiences and one-to-one reiki treatments for up to 4 weeks after the date of your last course (you can book for events after this time and enjoy the saving but payment must be made to secure this discount).   How to pay/book: Please book and pre-pay to secure your place. Full details will be provided after you have booked.  The class begins seated on chairs with the option to lie or sit on mats/cushions on the floor if you wish. If you can no longer attend a class – sorry no refunds – but if you proide more than 48 hours notice you will get a voucher towards a future class with BalanceTime – valid for 3 months.   About Judy Judy has 15 years of meditation practice with a daily meditation practice since 2010. She has trained with the British School of Meditation(BSOM) and has been a member of the BSOM since 2016. She completed her Advanced Reiki Practitioner certification in 2018. She teaches a balanced approach to meditation and mindfulness drawing on over 20 different meditation principles to help you find a range of techniques to help bring peace and calm into your busy life.
