      Join Kory Farzam of So'ham Healing as she guides you through the benefits of Mindfulness Meditation. Mindfulness Meditation is a very organic, foundational practice that has been utilized for thousands of years. The practice of Mindfulness Meditation cultivates within us the ability to live and experience life from a more focused, aware and present moment place.  This present moment awareness allows us the ability to become more synchronized in body and mind and affords us the ability to relate to our world in a more wakeful way so that we may live life with more clarity, stability and strength.  Please join us with an open heart as we gather together in community to practice simple Mindfulness Meditation. This class is open to all and no prior meditation experience is necessary.
