      Training Length: 2 Hours New York State is transitioning Children's Waiver Services from a fee-for-service system to managed care, providing additional services for Medicaid eligible children/youth under the age of 21. Come learn about how these new enhanced benefits can help to meet the individual needs of children/youth and their families. We will review the three new Child and Family Treatment and Support Services that began January 2019 and learn how these services give children/youth and their families the power to improve their health, well-being and quality of life. This training will address the following objectives: Explain why the Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) are important Describe three CFTSS effective 1/1/2019: Other Licensed Practitioner (OLP) Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) Community Psychiatric Treatment and Supports (CPST) Illustrate the role of Health Homes serving children Define billing and coding tips Review preauthorization and case management Identify clinical training opportunities In-Network Excellus BCBS Providers only
