Concerts for Clean Water - Tahlequah

The first of many efforts to raise funds and awareness efforts for clean, sustainable water across Eastern Oklahoma. Funds raised go directly to the Green Country Guardians' efforts to endure this campaign, lawyer fees, promotional materials and ongoing events/community engagements. Musicial guests for Volume 1 of Concerts for Clean Water include My-Tea Kind, featuring the illustrious Bonnie Paine, co-founder of transcendental folk band Elephant Revival; also on the bill are legendary Oklahoma-based red dirt and rock bands the Red Dirt Rangers, Randy Crouch, and Meandering Orange - all of whom have lived impactful lives and actively participate in movements involving human, environmental, and social initiatives. There will also be guest speakers and presentations from individuals representing the Green Country Guardians, STIR (Save the Illinois River) and the Red Dirt Relief Fund. Tentative schedule for July 7 is as follows, but is subject to change: 3 pm - Gates open 4 pm - Meandering Orange 5 pm - Randy Crouch 6:30 pm - Red Dirt Rangers 8 pm - My-Tea Kind 10 pm - Encore & Afterglow
