      FREE Workshop from 10:30 - 11:30 am at the Health & Healing Expo on June 23! Through this interactive 60-minute workshop, we take an in-depth approach to help provide immediate and specific adjustments to improve your mindset, fitness, and readiness. This workshop takes on the struggles of working out head-to-head, breakdown the components of working out and provides you with the tools to successfully achieve your fitness goals. 1. The Warm Up - How do you start your day? 2. Strength & Resistance - How do handle adversity? 3. Metabolic Finisher - Take 5 to stay READY 4. The Cool Down - Recover - Recreation - Rejuvenation 5. Super Compensation- The movements that make you great!! We will also have a live Q&A that helps you get the answers you need to succeed in fitness or relieve the stress surrounding fitness. Complimentary workout session right after the workshop. Based on the same fitness model Rob used throughout his 21 years in the military, join him for a 60-minute motivational workout that combines high-intensity interval training (H.I.I.T.), resistance training and core strength exercises. All components are designed for you to increase your understanding of fitness and help motivate you while burning calories. All fitness levels are welcome to attend: the principles learned during the “Making Fitness Simpler” workshop will be reinforced during the bootcamp. 10-15min Warm-up - Designed to prepare the body for movement. Corrective Exercises - Helps improve postural imbalance. 25-30min High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) - Enhances your cardio conditioning for your heart’s performance. Strength & Resistance- Builds muscle mass and strength. Core X - Strengthening the core helps improves your overall performance in everything. 10-15min RECOVER & REGENERATE - Breathing techniques that help lower your heart rate and increase mental focus as the workout winds down.About the Speaker and Instructor: Rob Cook, Readiness Trainer, is a veteran that utilizes leadership skills he developed during his 21-year military career, to train a mindset backed by fitness that prepares his clients to challenge the norms and create new ways of thinking about life. Born and raised in the housing projects of Birmingham, Alabama, Rob sought to create a brighter future than what awaited many young people who grew up on the streets. After retiring honorably from the military, Rob moved to the Los Angeles area and transitioned into civilian life. He initially sought to utilize his passion for health and gift of motivation by working as a wellness coach. Now as an entrepreneur, his agenda remains the same; training mindsets for personal and professional growth. Whether workout, workshops or speeches he provides so much more than just training for Fortune 500 companies and prominent VIPs in the entertainment and sports industries.
