      Yoga for Teens

      This yoga class is designed to help young adults manage the increasing pressures placed upon their lives and improve their physical fitness and flexibility. How? Through conscious control of the breath, your teen will access a relaxed and focused frame of mind for managing stressful situations. As a form of physical fitness, yoga is an attractive package. Yoga builds strength, increases flexibility, lengthens the muscles and improves coordination and balance. It can also improve posture, while building core stability. About the Instructor: Jane was born and raised in the United Kingdom, moving to New Jersey in 2007 and relocated to Wilmington in 2018. Embracing yoga, Jane quickly became drawn to the physical flow and the yearning to grow in mind and body. She complete her 200hr RYT at Flow Yoga Studio in Ho-Ho Kus, New Jersey. Jane is excited to share her passion for yoga on and off the mat. She expertly guides students of all levels through an active asana practice, creating space for breath, balance, acceptance and connection. As a student and teacher she believes that each time we come to the mat we create opportunities to learn something new. Marvelous things can happen once the mind is quiet.
